Project Description:

Staff properties is the project of reconstruction a space with 37 square meters that has a mezzanine floor, and the project's most important issue was the continuity of the project space. The only visual element in the project was the access to the mezzanine, which was made with a detail of iron. An attempt was made so that stairs would be seen as a sculpture in space to create a dynamism in the project. Brick material was also implemented on the walls for the project's continuity, and finally, wood decorations were added to define the staff space in the project.
